The Oregon FBA’s free Law Clinic program offers one 30 minute session with a volunteer attorney for many civil matters on a first-come, first served basis. Clinics are normally scheduled in person in Portland two afternoons per month, however, due to Covid-19 related closures, no in-person clinic sessions are offered at this time. A telephone conference may be available in lieu of an in-person session and all documents will be exchanged by email.
