A 3.5 hour CLE Thursday, June 9, 2011 – 1:00 to 5:00 p.m.

This program will provide a behind-the-scenes look at how state and federal appellate courts handle cases, cover brief editing tips from judges and experienced appellate practitioners, and give updates on court mediation programs for civil appeals. Faculty will be Ninth Circuit Judges Susan Graver and Edward Leavy, and Oregon Supreme Court Justices Rives Kistler and Virginia Linder.
