| The national Federal Bar Association is sponsoring a civics essay contest for middle school and high school students. Winners receive a cash prize and a trip to Washington, D.C. In a separate contest, students can also nominate their teacher for an Excellence in Civics Education Award. Full details are available HERE. Note that the deadline to apply is January 23, 2017.
