The new Local Rules are effective March 1, 2014!  Don’t be caught not knowing what they are.  Come to a 2-hour CLE presented by the Oregon Chapter of the FBA and the Oregon District Court that will bring you up to speed on all significant changes to the Local Rules.  The CLE will be given in Medford, Eugene, Portland (and we are working on a date in Pendleton)!
