NAPABA Western Regional Conference
June 3-5, 2011
 
The Oregon Asian Pacific American Bar Association (OAPABA) has been given the privilege of hosting this year’s NAPABA Western Regional Conference, June 3-5, 2011, in Portland, Oregon. The conference will attract attorneys, judges and law students from California, Nevada, Oregon, Washington and Hawaii.
 
Featured events include a Judge’s Reception on Friday night (June 3), where we will celebrate members of the judiciary, and congratulate Lynn Nakamoto on her recent appointment to the Oregon Court of Appeals. On Saturday (June 4), you can enjoy three tracks of CLEs with a distinctly Oregon flavor, as well as a keynote address from Carol Lamm, former United States Attorney (S.D. Cal.) and now Deputy GC at QualComm.
 
Discounted registration rates are available until March 31st, and special rates are available for law students and those working for the government, in public interest or academia. A limited number of stipends are also available for those needing tuition assistance.
